My time is valuable. I'm a truck driver and my schedule is not set like a factory or office worker. Stopped to get a key for a Ford Focus. Spent at least two hours to get I'm a truck driver and my schedule is not set like a factory or office worker. Stopped to get a key for a Ford Focus. Spent at least two hours to get it ordered. Never received any notice when the key came in. Stopped in a day later than I was told it would be in. It was. Picked up the key. Hoped I could get it programmed but they didn't have time. Tried to set a date but didn't make it back due to traffic in Kentucky. Stopped in and they couldn't fit me in and knowing the chance of my being able to hold a set time appointment didn't bother to reset. Key works for the door. Nothing else. Maybe someday I will stop at a locksmith who will just get it done. More
