Extremely Pleased I had my truck towed in as it wasn’t starting. Unfortunately, since I didnt have an appointment, I was told it would take a week to get my truck in fo I had my truck towed in as it wasn’t starting. Unfortunately, since I didnt have an appointment, I was told it would take a week to get my truck in for service. That was unfortunate but I had no other choice. Well, not even a full 2 days passed and I was contacted to tell me my truck was fixed and ready. Granted it was a simple fix, but still...I’m extremely pleased. This is the 2nd time I’ve brought one of my vehicles in for service and it’s the 2nd time I’ve been impressed with the entire experience. More

Friendly staff, good deals and they know what they're doing. We like Marshall Ford because even though there are bigger dealerships Marshall Ford goes the extra mile to keep your business. Great Service I’ve been going to Marshall Ford for about 7 years now and have always had excellent customer service. Maintenance and service by their Service Depart I’ve been going to Marshall Ford for about 7 years now and have always had excellent customer service. Maintenance and service by their Service Department has generally been stellar as well although it may take more than one visit to fix a nagging problem caused by software which I find normal especially the more complicated the vehicles are getting each year.
