Poor service experience Tried to drop my vehicle off twice now to get serviced and both times the experience was terrible. Poor customer service! Both times I was not greeted and only pointed to the service counter where I stood there while 3 customer service people were sitting behind the counter and only one had a customer but they continued to ignor me until one of them finally walked up and asked what I needed. I told him I was there to drop a vehicle off for an appointment tomorrow. He stated that I had to go back out and drive the vehicle into the bay, so I did. Then when I get in there I end up waiting again for someone to help or even acknowledge me. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different dealership for service and the experience was a lot different, they made me feel welcomed and were to help as soon as I walked in. More

150,000 mile checkup Had my wife's 1999 Expedition in for it's 150,000 mile checkup and would like to thank Megan for helping me with scheduling an appointment. Megan is very competent and professional--a pleasure to work with. I would also like to thank Jim for all the research and discussions concerning required items that were listed on the checklist. His knowledge of Ford maintenance is superior--and also a pleasure to work with. If there is one item that needs improvement, it is the soiled condition of the floor boards, door threshold, and drivers armrest. It seems every time I have any of my cars in for service I have to clean dirt and grime off the vehicle in the areas mentioned. This has happened nearly 90% of the time. All in all, I am very happy with the service department, have been a customer for over 20 years, and will continue to have all my cars and trucks serviced with Marshall. W Scott Lagle More
