Joe Hills was wonderful. - jamiejoost

Joe Hills was wonderful. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and had previously said w le would only buy from in the the future. I had been looking for a certain vehicle for a few years now and I found it at Sunset Ford. Of course, we requested Joe Hill and I finally got the car I had wanted. Joe makes buying a car fun and we missed the "Buy One, Get One Free" by one day, Lol! Thank you, Joe for working with us. I absolutely love my new vehicle. Running Boards are now on my Christmas list!

Super Sales Experience - BethaltoGirl

I went in not knowing what I wanted, but the salesman, Jim, was very patient with me and let me drive several different vehicles before I chose the perfect one for me. Kudos to Jim! I would recommend him to anyone. He truly listened to me and helped me to get what I wanted! Not what they needed to sell. Great experience!

We had a great experience at Weber-Ford. - jerry423

We had a great experience at Weber-Ford. We received a great deal on our F-150, Tremor. Luke Ramos, our salesman, was excellent. He was polite and professional, didn't pressure us for anything and was very helpful with all our asks. Our finance rep, Andrew, was also great. Very personable and no pressure. It was the first time we've ever left a car dealership really liking everyone we've met. We'd recommend Weber-Ford for anyone who is looking for a good experience purchasing a vehicle. That's rare!

From beginning to the end of the car buying process I - James778i

From beginning to the end of the car buying process I feel this was a great experience. Our sales person Samantha who was great during the test drive , allowing my wife and I to just get a feel for the car and make sure it fit our needs. David, in Finance, made the process so easy filling out all the paperwork and answering all our questions to add our warranty and even made the process fun. Big shout out to the managers James(used) and Scott (Sales Manager)for giving us what we needed for our trade that felt fair and also popping in along the way make sure everything was going smoothly. We did notice something about the car and Sam and James got to the bottom of the issue and solved it fast which allowed us to come in when my wife and I's schedule aligned to purchase the car. We even met with Jim, the general manager, and couldn't give enough positive feedback about the process. We are going to love our "new to us" GMC, and will start at Auffenberg Ford Washington for our next car buying purchase.

We had a recall from Ford and Jim Trenary Ford did an - GV

We had a recall from Ford and Jim Trenary Ford did an excellent job. Prior to scheduling with Trenary, we took our car to Clement Ford in Wentzville, MO. Clement refused to do the FREE RECALL REPAIR, until we spent over $1100 with them for unrelated repairs. We reported Clement to Ford Customer Relations who called Clement while we were on hold on the phone - Clement told the Ford representative that they had completed the free recall - totally false. Trenary not only repaired the recall, they did a front end alignment for NO COST. Thank you Trenary for being honest and not trying to swindle senior citizens.

New Car Purchase - Zob

To Don and Wil, Very pleased with the sales experience at Mertz Ford. We got a good deal on a new highly optioned Edge with a great crash rating and several safety options for peace of mind. Amazing how negative the experience can be at other dealers. The entire transaction was completed quickly and efficiently, and helped us with the best finance rate. We appreciate working with us and we will be back for our next purchase.

Service Exceeded Expectations - Zob

I needed a part ordered and a few minor paint touch ups for a 10 Mustang GT. Mertz Ford GM Mike Rich suggested I bring it in and have their paint tech look it over and see what can be done. Paint touch ups are difficult, but I was very pleased with the results. The process took less than an hour. I also ordered a new battery cover a few days before and I was able to pick it up the same day the paint was repaired. Great service and excellent results. Appreciate the help.
