Owner Inappropriate I brought in my car in for service, had a recall that needed to be taken care of. We've never been to this dealership before but it's close to home. I'm willing to drive 2 hours to buy my car but not for simple service. When my husband pulled the car into the service bay the owner actually came in to confront him about "cutting him off " in traffic. I found it extremely inappropriate. We definitely won't be back here, which is unfortunate because the service team here is wonderful. More
Although I knew the salesman I was looking for, when I pulled up I had 5 salesman approach me and one opened the door for myself, grandmother and children. That salesperson also pointed me in the direction of Matt Trudell, the salesperson I had been communicating with via email for my perfect FORD. Matt, took the time to find my perfect FORD so I would not have to wait for an ordered version. The dealership picked up the car with no extra charge. Proceeded to detail the vehicle and fuel it up (FULL TANK). Matt, also provided a complete individual training session on the FORD's Sync system which eliminated alot of reading of the manual. He has answered all my questions after the purchase via email in a timely fashion. More
Bought 2 cars from dealer. Each time the sales people where arrogant and bossy. They made me feel like I was stupid and bothering them. Found some of the same in the service area. I think they need to give thier sales staff some customer service training. I don't expect to be treated like a king but certianly not like a pauper. Oh well, many other dealerships out there!
