I just saw your review and I’m concerned because we have no record of any Santa Fe customer being denied a valid extended warranty claim — and we definitely don’t have an “honesty problem” in service. That said, I take this seriously and want to fix whatever happened. Could you please call me directly at 636-887-8711 (or reply here with your full name) so I can look up your purchase and the warranty paperwork right away?
