A terrible dealership to purchase a vehicle from! I inquired about the advertised sale price on a vehicle and the out-the-door figures. Raleigh, the internet salesperson, added $1200 of products to I inquired about the advertised sale price on a vehicle and the out-the-door figures. Raleigh, the internet salesperson, added $1200 of products to the sales price before the normal state taxes. He blamed this on Cars.com website. I explained this is not good business....I inquired about an advertised price and am not able to buy it at that price? He said no. This is there normal practice. In a latter email I explained that the could have mentioned the $1200 of products were required in the "Notes" section of Cars.com. He stated if I went to the dealership website it's explained. I told him I was shopping a site that the dealership paid for and it should state all the stipulations. He was very defensive. Car is still under warranty with only 5,000 miles on it. Dealers such as Clement and St. Charles Automotive cannot find the problem with my inside lights that go on and off intermittently. I am considering changing dealerships for my service needs. I let Clement know that I needed this to be a free oil change. Period. They kept coming to me in the waiting room to say that bogus items need needs. I let Clement know that I needed this to be a free oil change. Period. When I refused they acted coldly towards me and didn’t vacuum my car. This kind of pressure makes a woman feel aligned and like I will be taken advantage of in the future. More
