Clement was wonderfully clean, friendly, and low pressure. They called me early in the day to let me know they had the car I was looking for.. The salesman was polite and attentive.. They do not have enough staff and had to call the service manager in order to get any help. They did not file a claim with the warranty company so could not get reimbursed for rental car. I am still waiting manager in order to get any help. They did not file a claim with the warranty company so could not get reimbursed for rental car. I am still waiting for them to let me know that the bogus air conditioner work has been approved. I finally took the car to CarMax where we bought it and they said after a day of checking they could not find anything wrong with it. More

I guess they don’t have porters bring it up, but maybe that’s the old school way that I’m use too. But, I also haven’t bought a new car in over 10 years - so relearning the new norm. More
