Buying car was awesome. Service has been extremely terrible. My last service appointment for oil change, they told me I could not be be picked up because it would take an ho Service has been extremely terrible. My last service appointment for oil change, they told me I could not be be picked up because it would take an hour or less. When I got there the guy told menit would be about an hour. 2 hours and 45 minutes later he said it was done. I was thinking ok maybe they washed it for me and all the good stuff but not even close. They didn't even reset the service notification. More
