The entire Sales Leadership avoided a live discussion about these issues. I had to surprise the dealership to ask for my title, 8 weeks after my purchase. surprise, it was in!! Roger emailed me, “it is safe to say, we will likely take care of late fees of registering vehicle due to Clement filling out title wrong. Clement did not pay fees. Clement made roof paint worse, then said they can not do anything to help us. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I did talk to 2 people, Chris Bone and Jeff Tucker who were honest.
