After a very long journey with a truck we purchased from this dealership, Blake, Mark, Jeff, and Chris made this experience right. Dropped off car for ESC light on dash after I had replaced MDPS coupling , common issue on this car, apparently needs re calibration procedure according to Google 😃 Told me steering angle sensor ha replaced MDPS coupling , common issue on this car, apparently needs re calibration procedure according to Google 😃 Told me steering angle sensor had shorted , tie rod end was falling off and would then need an alignment totaling $1150 Turned up un announced to pick car up and Was told it was in pieces and give them a few hours to put back together Had been dropped off and couldn’t wait hours , found car and noticed it wasn’t in pieces , again asked for car and was told to give them a minute to prepare the bill Waited 30 minutes to receive bill for $175 along with the keys Took car home with the intention of me doing the tie rod end and getting a second dealer opinion . Replaced worn tie rod end (not falling off), had alignment done elsewhere as I had lifetime alignment deal Drove car to work the following day and ESC light was no longer on. Dealer called me 3 days later saying I had not paid them , I had paid them and told them so, they apologized. Someone is clearly suffering from the current labor crisis. Make of it what you will , will never go back here unless it’s to get a $175 refund on the mis diagnosis they billed me for. More
