Horrible only giving one star because you can’t give no stars just bought a car here not to long ago and have already spent 3 full days and that includes full days off of work to be there for over 6 hours stars just bought a car here not to long ago and have already spent 3 full days and that includes full days off of work to be there for over 6 hours a piece from open to close for a car thats pulling to the right really bad the radio had a short in the wiring and the reverse camera didn’t work did I mention the reverse lights didn’t come on when we bought it? Plus the heated seat is not working they said they “did not get approved to fix the heated seat and it will cost us about 700$ out of pocket to replace” currently still pulling to the right really bad and have to yet go back there and they said they want to keep the car overnight because they don’t know why it’s doing this but they said they would call us when the new radio came in guess what haven’t heard from them in a month! they have to replace the radio keep in mind was already there for all of these issues and have sat there ALL DAY to find out they couldn’t get it back working says it doesn’t pull to the right until we get on the highway and let go of the steering wheel and head straight for the ditch also if that doesn’t sound like the worst my family member also bought a car from there with the transmission slipping and this family member of mine doesn’t know much about cars and thought it was all fine and dandy how could you sell cars with so many problems!!!!!!!!! Also about the worst thing is driving almost two hours to get there and two hours home just to have no issues fixed and a whole day wasted for nothing I would not recommend anyone ever go here we messed up BAD and now they won’t take the car back save your money and go elsewhere for the sake of a safe vehicle beyond PISSED! More

We bought a 2021 Hyundai palisade sel in nov and have had nothing but issues with connectivity with apple CarPlay it’s been into the dealership multiple times they do not give any loaner cars and they have t nothing but issues with connectivity with apple CarPlay it’s been into the dealership multiple times they do not give any loaner cars and they have the car all day their customer service is horrible they laugh while addressing issues claim the fixed the issues and they haven’t their service manager Jeff is a joke absolutely ridiculous it’s horrible he wants us to drop the vehicle off again for another whole day after laughing saying he is trying to resolve the issue I would never buy another vehicle or use this dealership ever again!! By far the worst experience I have had. From spending four hours waiting to finalize the sale to finding out we purchased a used car with a lot of problems.
