There was a $1200 coupon they would give you off if you used their finance company, but surprisingly that sort of got lost in the deal. More

The buying experience was very seamless. Since then not so much. The first day after buying a $35k truck, I get in it and it is dead. I have to call someone to come give me a jump just so I can take my t so much. The first day after buying a $35k truck, I get in it and it is dead. I have to call someone to come give me a jump just so I can take my title and extra keys to the car I traded in to the dealership. I let my salesperson and finance person know just so they are aware. I take the truck to have it looked at and they clean the very corroded battery posts and it was much better. I was told to bring the truck back so the detail department can remove the broken bug shield from the truck. I let them know I would bring it in when the paperwork was ready. 1 week later the dealership called to let me know my paperwork and key was ready and that an inspection was never done so when I come in they would do that to. On my way to the dealership I had a tire blow out, I called and was told to call a tow truck. I finally was able to get the spare tire on and make it to the dealership 5 minutes before closing. I dropped my truck off and reminded them the bug shield that needed to be removed. The next afternoon, I received a call to let me know that they were finished with the inspection and would be sending me a quote for new tires as they couldn’t find one with the same tread. I received 3 quotes ranging from 1700 to 2000. The next morning I called back to let them know I was not prepared to spend that kind of money especially when I only had the truck for 1 week. I let them know I would be picking my truck up and wanted to make sure the bug shield had been removed. It hasn’t and the sales person said it would not be done until the next day. I finally got my truck back 3 days after the blow out. I purchased a used tire and was given the name of another shop that could put it on for $45.00. All of this while relying on others since I traded my only other car in for this one. To say I am disappointed, frustrated, and generally mad is an understatement. I understand when buying a used vehicle it is just that, Used, but I was not offered a single solution other than to purchase 4 extreamly overpriced tires (because I only purchased a $3300 extended warranty, not the “tire warranty”) I then sent an email to the general manager, and did not even get the decency of a return email. I will not be a repeat customer and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about the lack of professionalism Hyundai of Wentzville has shown me. More
