I must admit to being very overwhelmed at the thought of purchasing a vehicle. I had spent considerable time considering what I could afford and wanted and had visited a few dealerships before I went to Gastorf's. I had been bombarded with high pressure/rude sales people and really was at the end of my rope when I got to Gastorf's, I wasn't sure I wanted to deal with the headache at all. I have never been so pleased with any purchase!! Tony Allen, the salesman who assisted me really took the time to ask questions, listen to what I was looking for and showed me a few cars he thought might suit me. I didn't once feel pressured, he was genuinely trying to make certain that he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. His top choice for me was exactly what I wanted, from the size to the safety features, the perfect car!! He took the time to go over all my questions and really heard me out with all my concerns. He seemed to understand the points that really matter to me in choosing a car. He had a maintenance package that was extremely reasonable, just anything I could even think of, Tony had it covered. I was quite impressed! My positive experience didn't end there. Tony worked with the finance department to make sure I was comfortable with the interest rate, I understood everything I needed to regarding the financing and that this was something that I not only wanted to do but reasonably could do. Once we had the paperwork signed and I was ready to go he took the time to help me set up all the features on my car, explained the benefits of each and was completely thorough in orientating me to absolutely everything from where to check my tire pressure to setting up the OnStar. I am not an easy person to satisfy, for me this was a HUGE decision and I just can't thank them enough. There was absolutely no negativity, just an honest, genuine desire to help me feel comfortable, even if that meant there would be no sale. I have heard of Gastorf's reputation as being stellar, however I would rate my experience higher even. I received a congratulation call a few days later from Joann just to make sure I was satisfied and see if I had any questions. She went over how to schedule a maintenance appointment when I need one and answered a few questions. It is rare in this day to see a dealership give such remarkable customer service, I just really can't say enough. I will never go through the stress of trying to find a car online or at any other place again, I would recommend Gastorf to anyone!
