So I have a long and pretty interesting history with Hyundai of Wentzville. I bought my truck 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 in Fall of last year. I wasn’t entirely over the top with my experience however the eve Hyundai of Wentzville. I bought my truck 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 in Fall of last year. I wasn’t entirely over the top with my experience however the every issue I had was resolved. Long story, but I’ll spare the details of the entire transaction lets just say ... it was bumpy. I did buy the best and most expensive extended warranty that said I could get service anywhere in the US. I had a transmission issue and took it to my local GMC dealer and discovered that they couldnt do the work because it was with in a specific range of Hyundai, so I had to take it there. I was so irate. Hyundai of Wentzville did stand behind me though and helped me push the repair through at the dealer. got my transmission fixed. All’s good. I go to my GMC dealer this year for a recall. While it’s on the rack they tell me my front struts are leaking and my radiator is leaking. They can’t cover it. So I take it to Hyundai of Wentzville. The warranty company denied my radiator leak and I had to pay for that and told me I was SOL on my struts as GMC called the part an “Electronic Shock Assembly”. Even though it’s a strut they don’t cover shocks and as this part said shock they denied coverage. I was so flipping mad. However once again Hyundai of Wentzville stood behind me. The owners reached out to the warranty company and after a bout a three week ordeal got it covered. It was on back order. My service guy and sole co tact Chris who had been helping me left the shop and didn’t work there anymore and my parts were on back order for a month. Ashley stepped in and got it all done. I got my parts in and got my truck in and service with struts replaced. I picked it up two weeks ago. So I will say this. They are stand up. I believe you can trust them. Ashley is the bomb. They may not be the smoothest operation however they ha e back up my purchase and treated me very well as a customer. I would buy again. I did not say that though after my purchase transaction. Sales is bumpy but customer service and the service department are outstanding. I give them 4.5 starts. Sorry for the hook. More

Friendly staff had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I gave my absolute highest monthly payment I wanted to pay and they only overshot it by twenty dollars a month. But through hard neg when I arrived. I gave my absolute highest monthly payment I wanted to pay and they only overshot it by twenty dollars a month. But through hard negotiation we got it down to only 6 dollars over. They were able to offer 66% of the trade-in value for my old car which wasn't too bad. Their loss-prevention is top-notch, too, as when I noticed a dent in the car upon arriving home, I asked if they'd be able to pop it out for me and they reminded me that it's a used car and it won't be perfect, so no support is available. The sales team really cares about your after-sale experience though. They want you to buy an extended warranty... They will close you up in a room and try really hard to get you to buy it, even coming up with a lower price for the car (when, magically, it was already at the lowest it could go 15 minutes earlier) so that the warranty wouldn't raise the price by much. They won't be happy if you refuse all extended warranties, but it's because they really do care. Also, your experience doesn't end when you drive away! They sign you up for a free month of SiriusXM! And get ready for SiriusXM to contact you by snail mail, email, phone, and text for (looking at watch) at least three weeks now. If you want a car dealership experience with no surprises, this is the place to go for sure! More
