Great team to buy from. We had to wait several hours because of financing. This isn't really a negative on the dealership. They went through several options to get us a lower interest rate. Our salesperson Kim was with us most of the time we had to wait, offering snacks and drinks. The people were great. We drove out after business hours, but the staff stuck with it to make sure we didn't have to drive back another day. We are happy with our almost new Nissan Sentra that has a 30 year, 300k powertrain warranty because we bought it here. Great place to buy, and they work hard to keep you happy. More

Their website had the car listed at $37,405 and th A One Star rating is too high, it should be zero stars. We bought a new Santa Fe Wednesday evening. Their website had the car listed at $37,405 and the "Wentzville Discount Easy Price" was a little over $30,000. We test drove the car and decided to buy it. I knew Hyundai was offering a $2500 rebate or 0.00% financing on the Santa Fe so we opted for 0% financing. It took an additional 4 1/2 hours after the test drive to get the contract signed. We left with a signed contract and our new car. We were very happy with the car and our deal. I went to Columbia on Thursday morning and got back home around 4:30 that evening, my wife told me David Schum from Wentzville Hyundai called and that I needed to call him immediately. I returned his call and was told the $30,510, (the "Wentzville Discount"), he put on the contract, which both parties signed, was wrong and that we would have to sign a new contract or return the car. Well his new price was $35,952, which would have raised our payments around $60 a month. Turns out the so called "Wentzville Discount" was no more than taking every possible rebate that Hyundai offered, which nobody could qualify for. I told that we had a signed contract for an agreed on price. He answer was we should have known he could not sell the car for that price. Why did they advertise it that way then? We told him that we had no idea about that and he replied "that's not true" implying we were lying. We told him would not pay that price. He told me that we could either sign a new contract for that amount or return the car. I asked him why I should do that and he answered that it was the "right thing to do". I asked him if the right thing to do was honor the deal they already made and he said no. I told him we would not sign the new contract and he could pick up his car if he retuned all of the paperwork on Friday. I told him we had to leave by 4:00 but he never showed up like he said he would. When we got home the car was gone even though I still had the key, and no paperwork was left. After talking to a sales manager at a different dealership and researching signed contracts I found out that I did not have to return the car, without a written explanation. Even though Hyundai builds a great car, they have a problem with some of their dealerships. This is the second one I have problems with. I liked the car and wished I could have kept it, but at least I do not have to deal with them. More
