If you're looking for a nightmare I wasn't going to write review, because my experience was not the best but I figured maybe I just expected too much and I was giving them the benefi I wasn't going to write review, because my experience was not the best but I figured maybe I just expected too much and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. But now, I got my title and the check to license it since we rolled it into the loan and they shorted me what they told me it would be for....by almost 300. And its insulting because they even included a paper showing me what it would cost to license it showing its roughly 300 more than what they gave me back. So not only did your company not keep me informed when we were trying to get the loan approved (entire Saturday and Monday wasted, thanks) your sales manager or whoever Micheal Krause lied to my face about the check I would be getting back to license it. Why have me put that amount down telling me the check would be cut to cover license fee and then short it??? I dont understand what lying did to help you all. But if you want to go to a dealership who is going to waste your time, lie to your face, and wont return your phone calls or let you know what's going on, this would be the perfect dealership for you. Oh, and they dont hold true on their referral bonus. I had a friend refer me and she never received it. I'm also waiting for them to pay off my trade in before the late payment messes with my credit. Bravo.. I will add, my sales person was pretty helpful and helped me keep my cool before I just turned around and left. He is the only reason the sale went thru. A Great Deal & Dealing with true Professionals Suntrup Staff - I just wanted to send a short, but huge 'Thank you' note to everyone that I dealt with at Suntrup and with the Wentzville Hyundai de Suntrup Staff - I just wanted to send a short, but huge 'Thank you' note to everyone that I dealt with at Suntrup and with the Wentzville Hyundai dealership for the purchase of our 2015 Tucson. First and foremost to Demi in internet customer service - she was simply 'awesome' to deal with. She made my first impression a very positive one with her assistance, patience, and her diligence was above and beyond my expectations. Demi referred me to Jerry at the dealership. His assistance and professionalism - superb - a pleasure in dealing with a true gentleman. Jerry never gave up even after we missed the first car we were interested in, he continued to look and was the one that recommended the Tucson we ultimately purchased. Also to Jean at the dealership for his assistance in pitch hitting for Jerry in his absence. He had the car ready to view inside when I arrived the first time. Any question posed to him about the vehicle, he was able answer and it was easy to tell he had done his homework on knowing the car before I even arrived. Finally to Aaron for negotiating and working with my wife and I to come to final price. Simply put - my wife and I believe we received a great deal and Suntrup made it well worth traveling from Illinois to Missouri to purchase the Tucson. Sold me a car then backed out 3 weeks later Went in to look at a car then was told I was approved the 2and 1/2 weeks later they said the loan didn’t go through but during this time I had gotten Went in to look at a car then was told I was approved the 2and 1/2 weeks later they said the loan didn’t go through but during this time I had gotten rid of my other car paid for insurance on this one then got a few tickets in it because the day they sold it they said they couldn’t log in to get me a temp tag so they gave me a dealer plate that expired then to top it off tgey called me while at work and told me if I didn’t return the car by 5 they were reporting it stolen More
