Lets start by saying this was the worst vehicle purchase ever experienced. First, was told the car was covered for their huge warranty program then once I got to the finance person I was told I.was covere ever experienced. Not only did a lady on the phone tell me I.was covered but it even said it on their.website. The salesmen tried to zoom in x100 to say their was very fine print and we were not covered. This was my son's first car purchase and rather than being happy and excited he was confused at their actions. So after that terrible experience I decided to take the car to a Mechanix to get a second opinion. First he said the tires were at the bare minimum to pass safety inspection, so they needed to be replaced very soon. Then their was a leak that needed to be fixed. The third problem is the breaks were low and also needed replacement. I.comtacted the dealership, mind you I just purchased the car and I spoke with a general manager, he advised me that if it passed inspection then they are not doing anything, even though I was able to provide a write up from a mechanic. GREAT SERVICE. I was then contacted by a lady who told me that the title paperwork was in, she asked how the experience was and I explained. She advised me that I.would be contacted by one of the owners when they got back in town, guess they had a long trip cause that was a month ago. As a veteran and a First responder I just wish that my sons experience would have been a memorable one rather than a nightmare. He spent 700 dollars on knew tires and another 70 on brakes. Now the vehicle is having some kind of electrical problem. Be careful buying from this location, it is a lemonade stand. More

At the beginning of 2023 we contacted Clement Hyundai about a particular car we were interested in, but they didn't have any available. They had one coming in 1-2 months, so we put down a deposit. About two weeks ago we received a call stating the car arrived and asked if we could come in that day. We live almost two hours away and have kids so the answer was no. We will try for Saturday. A death and funeral meant we couldn't go Saturday so my wife and I opted to go on a Tuesday while our children were in school. After a nearly two-hour drive we arrive at the dealership and while I'm walking from the car to the front door I checked text messages. I had the following from about 20 minutes earlier. "I just want to start by apologizing. I went to get your car ready this morning and found out IT WAS SOLD. What happened was IT WAS NEVER MARKED AS SOLD IN OUR SYSTEM." I was floored! We got the same "I'm sorry" and we asked for our "non-refundable" deposit back. After waiting about fifteen minutes I sought out the salesperson and asked if we needed to be there for them to issue the refund. He said "no, I will text you once it is done", so we left. My wife had been having a rough time lately and cried for the better part of the two-hour drive home. After SIX DAYS I hadn't received the text or seen the refund on my credit card so I had to contact them again to remind them to do their job and give me my money back. I've asked for compensation for the 130 miles we drove, time we wasted and the general frustration. So far I have not received any response. There were several side issues that I chalk up to smarmy car salesmen tactics but won't go into. Selling a car that should have been reserved for us was just the icing on the cake. I pressed them for compensation for the gas and time and after a while they finally agreed that they would send a $50 check. It has been two weeks and still no check. I'm not holding my breath. Won't ever consider doing business there again. More
