Initially when we came in to inquire about the Tuscon hybrid SEL, Sales rep Mr. Dominick helped us with all the details. He said that the dealership price cannot be matched with any other dealer as the hybrid SEL, Sales rep Mr. Dominick helped us with all the details. He said that the dealership price cannot be matched with any other dealer as the MSRP includes $2000 worth of clement way apart from this, he also offered $1000 discount on trade-in, $1000 off if we finance with Hyundai. we really loved these offers and decided to pursue with the dealership but unfortunately the car we are interested in wasn't available. After couple days we decided to go with the lower trim since it was available in the lot and contacted the same sales rep again to inquire about the price estimate of Tuscon Hybrid blue. He didn't seem to be responding properly this time and to our surprise, now the price estimate doesn't include all the above discounts that he quoted in the first meeting. We then decided to meet in person and asked about the appointment, he didn't respond to it properly again. We finally walked into the dealership without any appointment. We had to wait for more than an hour until we asked the manager to assign some sale rep to us. He then apologized for keeping us wait and assigned Mr. Sean to help us. Sean was so kind and very patient with us but when it came to the pricing point, he gave us the same quote as well without including any one the above discounts. we were not sure what had happened and why we were misled with the pricing and discounts in the first place. Here we do not blame Mr. Sean as he as nothing to do with the pricing since he was checking each and every detail with his manager. Our whole concern is we haven't got what we were expecting with respect to the pricing. We just got only $1000 discount on clement way ($2000 discount) which was supposed to be included in the MSRP. And we also haven't got the $1000 discount on financing with Hyundai, on top of it the interest rate is very high. (close to 9% which is ridiculous) Overall our experience with Mr. Sean was good, he was very helpful and answered all our queries with patience. And the experience with the dealership was also good to some extent (except the price misleading advertisement) More
