The process was a little lengthy but that was because they were so busy which probably means that hey are doing a good job for everyone, not just us. The truck was a little out of price range but after some deliberating with Elliot and Ricky we were able to come to terms on the truck I had picked out from their dealership. In April of 2014, I bought a 2015 Ford Focus, I told my salesman what my budget was and what I was looking for. I walked out with a car payment that was $100 over my budget. Not a week after I bought the car, I found out that there were other cars that fit my budget better, that was never shown to me. I also found out that there was a factory defect on my car that ALL salesmen knew about that he failed to tell me, and 2 years later I am still dealing with the issue. All they care about is making the sale. I was promised many things that once I signed on the dotted line never came true. It sucks when you are a young adult without family to help with these situations and the salesmen take advantage of you. More
