My vehicle is approaching 100,000 miles and it was time to get specific maintenance performed. Mr. Crubaugh took my phone call when I was comparison pricing the work. After I told him I was looking for a 100,000 mile service package he politely suggested a number of services to have performed. I have not always had my vehicle serviced at this location, so he did not know the services already done. After informing him of the work done recently on the vehicle he worked on putting together a service item list with prices. He was kind enough to email the list to me so I could review and decide on my own time frame with no pressure.
I feel Mr Crubaugh went above and beyond by creating the list of services and prices then emailing the list for my review. Additionally, while working with Mr. Crubaugh, I never felt rushed, pressured or felt like there was any up-selling occurring.
When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to fine the overall cost of the service was cheaper than anticipated. I pulled Mr. Crubaugh aside and asked if there was an oversight and that was when he informed me that he had slightly overpriced some of the services on purpose just in case there was some additional needed.
I have had my vehicle serviced at this location for over nin years with mixed results. This last visit was the best experience I've had so far.
Due to the experience I had with Mr. Crubaugh, I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for future services.
