Warranty no warranty I had a good experience up to the financing part when I was told the truck did not have factory warranty when originally I was told that it had 18000 I had a good experience up to the financing part when I was told the truck did not have factory warranty when originally I was told that it had 18000 miles with 18000 miles left on the factory warranty. This was an error on Brandon's part but he accepted responsibility. His manager on the other hand (Mike) who agreed with the warranty statement did not. All in all I got frustrated and left. I did decide to purchase the truck after all but it was due to Brandon's Customer service. More

So I took my truck there to their service department when it need some maintenance and they did a Five star job at an affordable price. My 2nd purchase which was 12-09-16 was a memorable one. They will not budge much on price, the sales manager was not very good at explaining his numbers for the price. The salesman Micah Lea is top notch, and Brittanie Hicks is a total hottie and on the ball. Micah promised me a date with Brittanie if I bought the truck. The finance manager will give give you a great up sell on some great add on insurance, take ear plugs as he is very loud...lol All in all very happy with my purchase and hope the service is as great as it used to be.
