Battery and Re-call Battery had gone bad in my 2011 Fusion. It was one that Ford had put in and still under warranty. Ron Penepent checked it out. He came back to me a Battery had gone bad in my 2011 Fusion. It was one that Ford had put in and still under warranty. Ron Penepent checked it out. He came back to me and said that they would replace for free and there were also a couple of re-calls on my car. I left the car with him. He called the next day (shorter wait than expected) and said it was ready. My car performed much better. They honored everything at no expense to me. To be honest, I expected to hear that something else was wrong or needed to be done and it would cost me dearly. "Bait and Switch" is what society has come to expect now days.
