Service Dept unreliable Your service Dept is terrible I had a car with a recall came down the service manager took my information was supposed to call when parts came never g Your service Dept is terrible I had a car with a recall came down the service manager took my information was supposed to call when parts came never got the call came in on another issue with a work vehicle so ask about my car they lost my information set it up to come at the end of that week came and they didn't have me down this is my daughters car so I'm very upset about BUT you had a employee name Jerry Johnson who step up and took care of me if not for him I was gonna get on social media and let everyone know how bad I was treated but you can thank him I'm not but I will not recommend your dealer ship by the way my co worker test drove a 67k truck that day but after this he went to another dealer and bought the truck. Jerry Johnson provides great experience When I entered the Service Department I was met with an immediate helpful "What can we do for you". I met Jerry Johnson, Service Advisor, and immediat When I entered the Service Department I was met with an immediate helpful "What can we do for you". I met Jerry Johnson, Service Advisor, and immediately gave me assurances he would take care of the process, and he did. After taking my information I waited he informed me of what to expect, time-wise and made no promises when it would be looked at or repaired (I really appreciate the honesty), but assured me it would be done as soon as possible. In the meantime I requested a ride to my home from the dealership, which Mr. Johnson had arranged. He called me promptly today (day following receiving the vehicle). This was most likely the best experience I have had bringing a vehicle in to any establishment, anytime. [HOWEVER: when I approached the desk to receive paperwork and key to my vehicle, the young lady at desk had her head down speaking into her cell phone. Although only 7-8 seconds passed before she looked up it still was bothersome to me this happened.] More

Upon arrival at the dealership, Ron greeted me, did paperwork quickly and said he'd get me worked in within a couple of hours. I left anticipating a two or more hour wait. Ron called within about 45 minutes telling me the truck was ready. It made my schedule for the rest of the day work perfectly. Ron is a real asset for the service department. More

Ron had the technician drive my vehicle and diagnose the problem. Because it was a extended power train warranty with Fidelity Warranty , they had to send a n adjuster in to okay repair. Ron arranged for a rental F-150 to drive while repairs were being done. He kept me informed about the status of my claim and also about the time I could expect my vehicle back. Ron was great to work with and I am very satisfied with the repairs. The truck runs great. Larry Hill Ford should be pleased to have such a professional working for them. Charles Winston More
