Wonderful Staff I have been searching for a truck for about a month. During this period I made several visits to the dealership and each time Wayne and Rob remembere I have been searching for a truck for about a month. During this period I made several visits to the dealership and each time Wayne and Rob remembered me and did not pressure me to buy something that was not to my liking. They were very respectful to my wife and offered a great sense of humor during the process. I was mostly excited about the process because I felt as if I could share my thought process about price, condition, and ideas with Wayne and Rob without fear that it would be used against my ability to purchase. They were upfront and honest about the conditions of vehicles, my needs in a vehicle, and information about each stage of the process. Kevin Flowers was a great finance person and provided a little laughter during the process. Kevin is originally from here and graduated High School here in Bradley County. Kevin's ability to speak directly to the information from warranty to finance, answer all questions, and give constructive decision making information about each section was a great resource. Overall I bought an F-250 Super Duty and am glad I chose Larry Hill Ford for this process. Also, I am greatful that I was fortunate enough to deal with Wayne, Rob, and Kevin. Thank you. More

Service of my car. Went in for car servicing and I was having problems with my front end vibrating at a speed of 55-65. Thought I might be having a tire problem but just Went in for car servicing and I was having problems with my front end vibrating at a speed of 55-65. Thought I might be having a tire problem but just didn't know. They changed my oil and rotated my tires and checked everything out to find the problem. They were able to find the problem for me so that I could have the problem taken care of. They did a great job and the staff was very friendly. Joe Strengthen was my service consultant and he was very knowledgeable and explained to me what I needed to know. Very happy with my service. More

Great sales person I really liked my sales person, He was very nice and respectful. It took just way to long to get the paperwork done. The finance guy got under my skin with his high pressure sales and he called my wife "Dear" at least 20 times! He had never met either of us before and we did not appreciate his tone. More

I had questions about my granddaughter's car and he was very helpful in telling when I needed to have it service since we had bought it also from Larry Hill Ford. To sum it up service was excellent, staff very knowledge and it was just a good experience. More
