Perfect car buying experience My wife and I felt like everywhere we shopped for cars we were attacked by salesman who were trying to sell us on a car on their lot. We were treated as customers who got to tell them what we wanted and what our budget was instead of them telling us what we wanted and what our budget was. It was an overall great experience and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Our salesman was knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. He actually got us more options than we thought we had the budget for, for less money than we had expected. I did my research before I went car shopping and I knew what to expect as far as what our budget could afford. So I was very surprised when Kevin got us an even better deal than I thought possible. I did not read reviews on different dealerships or salesman before I went in. I didn't realize that was possible. I only researched the vehicle I was going to purchase and the price. I went to 2 other local Ford Dealership's before making my purchase here and I will be a repeat customer. More

Fast, friendly and fun! There was no one I met who wasn't 100% awesome... from internet sales (Damaris), finance (Shane) dealership sales (Cole) and sales manager (Mike)... a There was no one I met who wasn't 100% awesome... from internet sales (Damaris), finance (Shane) dealership sales (Cole) and sales manager (Mike)... all friendly and helpful. I had been looking for a Crosscabriolet for over a year. I had driven one and fell in love. In my search, there weren't any close to home... lots of Florida hits. I live in Kentucky so driving to Tennessee seemed more doable than a road trip to Florida. Damaris Berrow was the first Larry Hill employee I interacted with. She answered all of my online questions and helped me "remotely" work a deal. Again, I had been shopping for this car for over a year, I knew the market and what a good deal was. This was a good deal. When I asked her to please go check it out in person and give it a "smell" test. She reported that she did. I was buying this car as a "cancerversary" present to myself... having it smell like cigarettes would be a no-win. I have no reason to believe she didn't perform the smell test for me. It checked out ;). I had shared with Damaris my reason for purchasing this car (a celebration of life after battling cancer for 5 years). I was 4 hours away and trying to sell my car so I could get this one. She kept me posted if others came in to test drive, or if others tried to work a deal on it. She also offered to accept a deposit over the phone for them to hold the car for me. So tempting! But I had another car to sell first. She kept me updated, "they're trying to work a deal on it", "they didn't get financing', "i think you're meant to have this car".. etc. When Damaris went out of town, she "handed me over" to Shane Gay. Shane picked up right where Damaris left off in letting me know what interest was driving in or trying to purchase. This is a harder to find model so I do believe the attention they said it was getting was real. My car was listed on eBay and I was waiting for it sell so I could make deposit and go to get the Crosscabriolet. Shane let me know the status at the close of business Saturday. I even contacted him on Sunday when I knew I wanted to put a deposit on it, and he replied. First thing Monday morning, Shane called and we finished the deposit details. Through it all, Shane was fun and super easy to work with. He was even able to get my pre-approval rate dropped by 1/2 %. In making arrangements for picking the car up, Shane was also helpful. He arranged for Cole Barker to take over the sale. Cole worked with me to arrange pick up of the vehicle. I rented a car (one-way). Cole drove to Chattanooga to pick me up from the rental car location, and we drove back to Larry Hill so I could finish paperwork with Shane. Cole went over the features of the car. He refused participation in a "Chinese Fire Drill" I suggested (darn responsible-types). To be honest, I feel like Cole lucked into a sale by being the pick up driver. The real sales-work goes to Damaris and Shane. I have no issue with Cole, he was friendly, helpful and generous. He worked with my son with the touch screen and navigation. I appreciate everything the people of Larry Hill did to help make this purchase smooth. It just worked flawlessly. I'm thrilled to have found the Crosscabriolet, in this condition, with this few miles, so close to home.. It's certainly scary to purchase a car, sight unseen, from a dealership you've never been to. Larry Hill Ford staff took out the scary and made me confident that I'd made the right decision. Thank you to Damaris, Shane and Cole, for making the process a success. Barbara Burks More
