Service plan I brought my 2014 Ford Focus in for its next Car Care Service Plan, each time I bring it in, Ron Penepent opens he door and asks how he can help. I g I brought my 2014 Ford Focus in for its next Car Care Service Plan, each time I bring it in, Ron Penepent opens he door and asks how he can help. I give him my booklet & he takes out the next coupon. This time I asked about a letter I received from Ford about a Software Update Program 15B22, he said that they do not handles those on Saturdays, and he gave me the name of the person I needed to call during the week to schedule the update. Each time, Ron tells me how many vehicles are in front of me and gives an estimate when it will be ready, he usually tells me about an hour to hour (1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs) & half to two hours (2 hrs), but it is usually done before that time, the longest I've waited has been about an hour. When the car is ready he goes over the paper work with me and asks if I have any questions, then he walks me to the door & tells me where my car is parked. I purchased my car about a year ago from Jason Dolch, he was so helpful, and understanding that I needed a low monthly payment, he stayed with me until all the financing was finished, made sure the car was washed & vacuumed, and removed all my personal items from my old car & put them in the new car. Once in a while he still contacts me to see how the car is doing & how my son is doing in the Army. Ron Penepent always greets me at the door and gets the car in for service as quickly as possible. I plan to keep my car for a long time, but if I need to purchase a new car, I will be back at Larry Ford to see Jason & Ron for the service. Whenever I hear of someone looking for a car, I recommend Larry Hill Ford & Jason Dolch More
