Excellent Service Ron was great. He got me an appointment and repaired my broken water pump in half the expected time. He also did a VIN Search and find my drivers air Ron was great. Pleasant experience negotiating a trade for a new Focus I was greeted at the door in a friendly but efficient way, and spoke with both a Sales Professional and the Sales Manager. The Sales Professional, Mr. Villalona, assisted us in the most courteous and professional manner to determine our interest and needs. He showed us cars available in the class we wanted and brought one that was selected near the showroom for further inspection and a trial drive. The trade in vehicle was evaluated and the deal was negotiated within 30 minutes. The entire sales staff worked together very courteously and efficiently. The only problem encountered was a long, approximately 2.5 hour wait for the Finance Manager to conclude the paperwork. That definitely needs some work. But even during that time the Sales staff were quite attentive to our needs and made our wait as pleasant as possible. More
