I explain to Ron it was a bad wreck on the highway and that was Spoke with Ron Penepent, when I pulled to the service dept Ron greeted me with smile. I gave special instructions on my car, Ron Penepent took all my information and explain that your car will be about two hours of service so I left my car. Around 11 he called with a smiling voice to say Mrs. Robinson your car ready and u can come get it, I said thank you. Went to pick my 11fusion and Ron took the time to explain to me what was done.
