The moment I set foot on the lot I was greeted by people who seemed happy to serve the customer. I was asked about our needs and was assisted by Richard Howard through the selection process. He took the time to point out all the features of each vehicle we looked at and there were quite a few we test drove. The finance department was very diligent in getting the finances taken care of without problems or delays. I asked to be financed through Ford Motor Credit and this was not a problem for them, they simply got it done. No games, no misleading statements, no unmet promises, a very professional sales and finance staff who are very knowledgeable in the automotive sales business.
