10K service and TSB repair dealer service department is a great place to go for routine service and warranty work. I did not purchase the vehicle from this dealership, and unli dealer service department is a great place to go for routine service and warranty work. I did not purchase the vehicle from this dealership, and unlike my local dealers (Chattanooga area), they do not appear to show preferential treatment to those who did. Car needed a repair that could not be done on the same day, so leaving the car there would have been a problem had alternate transportation not been provided, The repair was completed in the time frame promised (faster actually). I have used Larry Hill Ford for previous routine service and repairs and continue to be impressed with how they treat their service customers, and plan to continue to do so. More

Service on 2011 Mustang I took my 2011 mustang in to find a noise that was going on. Jerry Johnson was my service rep. After review Jerry informed me that I had a hub on the I took my 2011 mustang in to find a noise that was going on. Jerry Johnson was my service rep. After review Jerry informed me that I had a hub on the front end that needed replacing. He said they would replace both since my extended warranty was about to expire and he worked with the warranty company to rent me a car. Jerry called me after the car was fix and informed me that there was still a noise and that it could possibly be my tires. He had service to put a set of tires and wheels from a new mustang on my car and it was still making noise. The service tech found out it was the rear end causing the problem and Jerry had them extend rental on a car. After fixing the rear end, Jerry made sure the problem was fixed by changing tires and wheels again and waiting until I could drive it myself to my satisfaction. Upon driving the car I was satisfied it was the tires causing noise because with the new mustang wheels and tires, my Mustang had quietened down. thanks to Jerry for sticking in there on the problem to completely illeminate all that noise.
