Very dissatisfied with the experience. I am very dissatisfied with the Cleveland Ford dealership. I would not recommend anyone doing business there. They are not knowledgeable and very unpr I am very dissatisfied with the Cleveland Ford dealership. I would not recommend anyone doing business there. They are not knowledgeable and very unprofessional. If you purchased a vehicle and get a extended warrany, they will sell you one that only allows you to bring the vehicle back to Cleveland Ford for repairs, then if you have a issue they can not fix the problem. We have been dealing with this dealership for several months and have made many trips down there without the problem being solved. I am dealing directly with the service manager, thinking this would get better results. That is definitely not the case. He is very RUDE and unprofessional. He does not return calls and you have to call several time during the day to get to speak with him. I know this is not a normal practice for other dealerships. Customer service should be the number one priority, but it is last on the list at Cleveland Ford. I have got the car diagnosed at another ford dealership and have got answers, but since the warranty is not accepted there then I have to have the repairs made at Cleveland Ford. Cleveland Ford does not care if the repairs get made and say they don’t even know what is wrong with the vehicle. The technicians are not knowledgeable and the management is unprofessional. It is absolutely ridiculous for something to go on for MONTHS with no real interest in the problem. I have never experienced such poor customer service, where the management is rude to the customers. I would not recommend anyone doing any kind of business with Cleveland Ford. More

Great experience! I drove 3.5 hours to this dealership to pick up my 2017 Hyundai Veloster. After having decided I was going to make the purchase on the car before I go I drove 3.5 hours to this dealership to pick up my 2017 Hyundai Veloster. After having decided I was going to make the purchase on the car before I got to the dealership, they allowed me to send my information over the phone & email in order to have it finalized before I even got there! Mr. Yow was very nice & made it so I was in and out of the dealership with a new car in 1 hour, unbelievable! Great dealership! More
