New Ford Explorer Purchase Recently purchased a Ford Explorer. The salesman Richard and Kevin were great to work with. Not a very good experience with the service department when I had to get a few small things fixed, I was told it would be more than an hours wait due to the service department taking lunch. The financing department could not correctly calculate the tax's on the vehicle, even though the tax rate was wrong, I was told it could not be fixed during time of finance that I would receive a refund of the amount if it was less. It took three weeks to learn that I was not eligible for one of the rebates Ford offered. Management was not very helpful or prompt in solving customer concerns. I ended up having to call the corporate office for my concerns to be addressed. More
