Anyway I was first in contact with Chris, but could not make the earlier appointment, so Brian Gay texted me to let me know that he would be helping me. The dude actually met me as I drove up!! Although I didn’t buy the cheapest car because Brian new my budget and he put me in a 2018 Escape. He took the time to explain how the car worked and took me on a tour of the service center and explained what to except from the service department. He also introduced me to the service manager Ron. Ron actually said hello and smiled. This may sound corny, but it’s nice to see a dealership with this kind of service. PS, Brian, it was hot today so you better chug some water. Thanks again! More

I live 3 hours from Cleveland, Tn, but made the trip and worked out a trade. The sales representative, John Yow, was honest, informative, and helpful. The initial price was fair, and I was allowed a trade-in value of slightly above the top of the Kelley Blue Book trade-in value range for my vehicle. Their doc fee was reasonable, lower than most. There were no other “add-ons”. On top of that, Cleveland Ford provided a lifetime engine and drivetrain warranty, even including the turbo unit. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and recommend Cleveland Ford without reservation. Incidentally, it appears that they have a large inventory of very nice vehicles. More

I jump in the truck, go there, find the car, and the salesman walks out. I tell him my problem and that I am not interested in the car he has but could I drive it. He said SURE CAN!!!! What a guy!!!! It's a shame they don't have one, best experience that I have ever had at a dealership. (I am a 51 year old male and love cars....lots of dealerships in my time) More
