worst dealer Very Very Bad Experience. 1. Called the dealership and did setup appointment to test drive car. They told me to come to test drive. I drove all wa Very Very Bad Experience. 1. Called the dealership and did setup appointment to test drive car. They told me to come to test drive. I drove all way from my place to Dealership. Once i reached there, they said car is not here. We dont know when we ll get it. $$ What the xxxx does that mean?? If you dont have the car why did you guys ask me to come to dealership to test drive $$ ?? 2. Negotiations are happening for the car to a Price X. Sales manager called and said we dont want to loose the sale for couple of hundred bucks. So I gave some y amount and he said Z amount. The next day i agreed for Z amount and called dealership and said i ll come today and will do the deposit to confirm and will buy the car in 2 days. They agreed and said give credit card and we gave the details. After sometime they called back and said we are not going to sell car, we want to sell wholesale. $$ If you dont want to sell the car why the xxxx did you guys want me to come there and why is it on website for sale and why you agreed for a price ?? Are you kidding me??? Till yesterday they keep calling me every one hr. Now i tried to call them they say let me talk to manager or they dont pick the calls. Worst Experience. Bad Managers. Fake Promises. If you cant sell it for a price , Dont negotiate that price. Say i cant give that price. Dont give fake promises like yes we can do this price and then you come back and say no i dont want to give it now. Bruilio is a good guy. He told all details. But the Managers are the ones who made my experience miserable. My other friends planned to buy cars in next few months. Never going to Cleveland Ford. Finally they apologized but that doesnt get back my time. More

However, I would advise anyone reading this review to ask for John by name if they are interested in a car. He was always there for me from the initial test drive to assisting me in finally receiving my tags (long story). Even after hours he would answer any question I had.
