I have always been treated with kindness and respect at Larry Hill. There is a family atmosphere in the service department. Went there for an oil change, and didn't have an appointment. Got me right in and took less than an hour. Everyone there was eager to help me when I walked in and treated me like I was the only cust appointment. Got me right in and took less than an hour. Really loved how Joe got me in and out when getting my car serviced so that I could still pick up my daughter from school on time. Car was perfect and service was outstanding. Purchased a used VW Passat through sister dealer with a 3 month warranty. Discovered that car A/C needed new compressor, but could not get back to the dealer within the three months. David recognized the i month warranty. Discovered that car A/C needed new compressor, but could not get back to the dealer within the three months. David recognized the issue and worked to get compressor replaced under dealer warranty, even though entire process took nearly 5 months. More
