Me and my wife went late on a rainy evening just about an hour before closing. Kenny Meet us at the door and was very friendly. He showed us a few cars and then let us test drive the one we really liked. He explained to us all about the car the safety features and some of the extra stuff it came with. He made sure Me and my wife had a chance to drive the car and get a feel for it. Then we went in and started some paper work, This is where Rob came over introduced himself and explained to us he was the finance manager and he was the one getting us a loan for the car.Rob briefly went over some of the process with us and then went back to work. Kenny finished up the paper work after which Rob came over with some very good news he had gotten us a nice low finance rate and he was very excited for us as of course we were as well. Anyways long story a bit shorter both of these fellows were very friendly and informative through out the entire process and I would definitely recommend Larry hill Ford to any of my friends or family that are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I had the most exceptional service at Larry Hill Ford. I had gone to several dealerships before coming to this one, and this was by far the best. I had been looking to trade my car in when it broke down. Ra had gone to several dealerships before coming to this one, and this was by far the best. I had been looking to trade my car in when it broke down. Rather than put more money into it, I called dealerships asking what I could do as far as trade in value. All were eager to get my business- telling me to bring it by asap and they would help, but Tisha Little and David Babbitt said for me to not worry about towing it to their lot- come see if I found something I liked, and then if so they would pay to have it towed from Chattanooga to Cleveland. When I arrived, David Babbitt met me and started to show me some cars he had looked at ahead of time when I told him my monthly payment desired. He never once even tried to "upsell" me from what he knew I could afford- showed me the most affordable and economical for my financial position. He even told me he would not recommend a slightly more expensive one I was looking at because he knew it would be out of my range. He helped me find a car I was very happy with, and then started trying to see what we could work out. Being young with no bad credit but no good credit, it was quite a process trying to get someone to approve me. Over the course of a Thursday to a Tuesday, they let me drive the car I was wanting to buy, and every day were trying to find me the best option. Long story short, they were able to get me a low monthly payment AND a far lower interest rate than I could have hoped for in my position. The car itself they sold to me below the Kelly Blue Book value... then Lee Johnson took his time explaning everything to me as I signed since it was my first time, making me feel comfortable about the whole process from beginning to end. I went into buying a car expecting to be taken advantage of and tricked a bit, and definitely not getting a good deal, but was quite surprised. The personal touch that David and Trisha put into it was great- even texting me questions and info to update me rather than calling because they knew I was at work and couldn't talk all the time. I checked out their website for a used truck and found one I was interested in. I went in to the dealership and got a better deal on a newer truck.
