A few years ago we purchased a Town and Country van from Larry Hill Ford. Our salesman was David Babbitt. He not only helped us find the van which would be suitable for us (my husband is handicapped and m Larry Hill Ford. Our salesman was David Babbitt. He not only helped us find the van which would be suitable for us (my husband is handicapped and must have a larger car or van) but worked to get the one best suited to our needs. We was in an accident two weeks ago and totaled our van. We called David that afternoon and he immediately started looking for the type of van which we needed. Before the two weeks was up on our rental truck, he and Shane had found a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country in Knoxville. This was Friday and noon time. We agreed on the price which we were well pleased with and Shane send a driver to Knoxville to pick up the van that afternoon and they serviced the van Saturday morning and called us to pick up the van. We appreciate the immediate attention that David gave this and it saved us money on a rental. Also, we went in and talked with David about the price of our totaled van so we could better talk with our insurance adjuster. He saved us about $4,000.00 by telling us what to discuss with the adjuster. We feel that David and Shane went above and beyond what we would normally expect from a car dealer. We will continue to advise our friends to use Larry Hill Ford and Larry Hill Imports and certainly advise them to talk with David Babbitt. More
