Our name is Sam Robinson and Virginia DuBois. We had been looking for a Nissan Altima SL from several dealerships with no luck until we came across Tisha Little. We had went to Hunt Nissan and they kept show looking for a Nissan Altima SL from several dealerships with no luck until we came across Tisha Little. We had went to Hunt Nissan and they kept showing us cars which was WAY over our budget ( and seemed to be a let down every time we went in). They never seemed to listen to us when we told them what we wanted. Than made the mistake by going to Mt. View Nissan and I must say these individuals are extremely rude and not helpful at all. Tisha contacted me and said Virginia I have the car you want and again I was afraid to get my hopes up. I have to say Tisha is by far the greatest, she was very helpful and had an amazing attitude. I found she wanted to take the time to listen and actually wanted to help. We knew when we seen the car (Nissan Altima) we had to have it!!!! Thanks to Tisha and Wes we are now driving the car I had been looking for such a long time. I have recommended Larry Hill to many individuals and as for myself and Sam, we will never go to another dealership, we are forever more going to Larry Hill and only Larry Hill. Well while traveling to Stone Mountain, GA to go camping for the weekend with my pregnant wife (7 months), two dogs, and in-laws the fuel pump on my truck decides to quit at the BP in Ooltewah, TN....was fi for the weekend with my pregnant wife (7 months), two dogs, and in-laws the fuel pump on my truck decides to quit at the BP in Ooltewah, TN....was finally able to get a tow truck to take me to Larry Hill Ford in Cleveland, TN....we arrived at the dealership at 4:55 pm (they close at 5:00 pm) not to mention its friday and a holiday weekend...not only did they fix my truck but they stayed late on a friday and didn't charge me extra to do it! Its nice to know there are people who care about helping others! Thanks Mike Johnson (diesel tech at Larry Hill Ford) and Tony Burgireno! Mike could have easliy said see you on tuesday after the weekend, but he did not he showed great customer service but stopping what he was doing and fixing my truck and getting covered in diesel fuel in the process! Mike Johnson represented Larry Hill Ford as a great dealership and service department, I wish there were more dealerships and people like this! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Caleb was able to answer all of our questions. He was also patient while we were trying make a decision between a couple vehicles and offer advice.
