I heard a radio advertisement telling about a recent "Power Buy" on 2012 Ford Focus'. I called and spoke with Tisha Little, who was very friendly. Up front I spoke about how I have had credit issues a "Power Buy" on 2012 Ford Focus'. I called and spoke with Tisha Little, who was very friendly. Up front I spoke about how I have had credit issues and didn't feel like anything could be done for me. I stressed I didn't want to waste my time or theirs, and if they couldn't do anything for me, it was ok, just tell me. I also let it be known that all I had for a down payment was my trade in. At her suggestion I filled out an online application. Over the next couple of days we emailed back and forth, and she told me they felt confident they could get it done, even with my credit issues. I was told I needsd to look at something around $13,999; a 2008 or newer with about 50,000 miles. When I went to the dealership I was placed with Eric Hill as my salesman. We looked at several options, but I decided on a 2011 Ford Fusion. Even though I had submitted an online application, I found it odd that I had to do a second application with Eric. We went back and forth, at first they wanted over $3,000 down. I said there was no way. After much back and forth, I decided to leave, as I was no longer feeling comfortable or good about how this process was going. At this point, the sales manager asked me to give him 15 minutes and he would see what he could do. I agreed and eventually we agreed on terms and I was sent to the Finance Department. I signed off on everything, the finance agreement, Bill of Sale, etc. I was given an interest rate, term, payment, and an address to mail my payment to. I was told I needed to fax in 3 paystubs and proof of residency and I left that afternoon feeling good and happy with my purchase. This was all on saturday, April 20, 2013. On Monday I faxed all required documentation. Monday afternoon I was called asking if I could also provide statements where I paid on my old car, the payoff, and something showing why I had been in the hospital and out of work for 3 months in 2012. When I asked why I was told the bank didn't want to do the loan. I had been under the impression I had purchased the car and that the deal was done. Nothing was further from the truth. Over the next 10 days I was contacted for medical records showing my admission and release dates, and when I hadn't heard anything from the dealership, I sent a message to Eric stating I assumed verything was good since I hadn't heard anything, to which I was told they were still working on the deal. At this point I asked if I just needed to bring the car back, to which I was told to wait and see how things work out. On Tuesday, April 30 I spoke with Tisha, who then asked if I could put anything extra down or if I had a cosigner. After this conversation Itold her I was bringing the car back, because I didn't like doing business this way. When I took it back, Neither Tisha or Eric were available, I asked for something in writing about cancelling the deal and was told not to worry. I persisted until I received a handwritten notice saying I was not obligated on the Altima purchase. I had to correct them and remind the salesman of what kind of car I had purchased (A Fusion, not an Altima) Yesterday, 5/22/13 I received a letter in the mail asking me to set an appointment to show me how they could get me into a nicer, newer car...I think not. More
Tony Burgireno is the example of exemplary employee that has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I was looking for a SUV and had previously purchased my Nissan Altima from Larry Hill Imports and had a good experience then so when I decided to look for a SUV naturally I looked online to see if they had Nissan Altima from Larry Hill Imports and had a good experience then so when I decided to look for a SUV naturally I looked online to see if they had anything that I was interested in. Online I saw a 2011 sorento that was listed for 18,999 and had inquired about it. Tisha Little contacted me promptly and told me that that one was already sold but that they had a better one that was a 2012 with only 15,353 miles which was less miles than the 2011 that I was interested in, and the price had just been dropped from 21,999 to 18,999 which was AWESOME!! So naturally i wanted to check it out! So I drove there from Calhoun, GA and traded in my Nissan Altima and they worked with me and got us a price that we could afford!! Thanks again Bill and Tisha! Even the other sales people were friendly and even went out in the rain to make sure their was no one outside without an umbrella. I was very impressed with the way Larry Hill does business and will recommend them in the future. The warranty was another reason I purchased my vehicle. To have oil changes and tire rotation and I purchased GAP and the extended warranty also. I like knowing if something goes wrong all I have to do is take it in.
