I came down to the dealership because my son Adrian Kirkpatrick had gotten 2 cars. I have been checking the website and seeing the ads on tv doing drive thru. I saw a car that caught my eye we saw a d Kirkpatrick had gotten 2 cars. I have been checking the website and seeing the ads on tv doing drive thru. I saw a car that caught my eye we saw a dealer eyeing us and we got out of the car and started talking with Johnny he was full of energy and very knowledgeable about the car my husband and I was very impressed with the price and size and look so we started thinking hey we can do. Johnny saw I worked with Cleveland City Schools and he had come from a system in Rhea county and we got to talking (like old friends) and found out we knew the same person that taught at the school I am currently working with I told him this is a sign. We exchanged numbers and made an appt to come the next day we waited to late and the car was sold but he told us if we like the one car he had another we would love he was right and we came in did the test drive realized that it was a much better fit in every area and sit down to do the paper work. He is a newby but the seasoned staff was there to help him and they was fun and smiling and you could tell they love their job it was a wonderful atmosphere to be around we was there for 4 hours didn't realize it and had a great time laughing and joking. My husband had a lot of health issues and this car was not a luxury item but a must have item he goes to dialysis 3 days a week and I work full time it was so hard arraigning time to pick up and drop off our one car to each other to get to appt and work and pick up grandkids from school this car will make a wonderful change in our lifestyle and more of a freedom to get our jobs done. I can tell you these guys are wonderful people and is a credit to the company I know the owner has to be proud that they represent the dealership with intergrity and honestly and joy I can say the only cars I see on the road now is Larry Hill ford and now I will be one of them. My son will receive a bonus for his referral and I will do the same because I will tell everyone how great of an experience it was with us. Thank You guys it was a life changer. We were greeted immediately upon arrival in the parking lot by a smiling Kevin Flowers. He questioned us about our vehicle preference, showed us the SUV inventory, and went over all the "positives" about lot by a smiling Kevin Flowers. We took a test drive and never felt pressured. We felt appreciated the entire time we were there. Kevin worked with us to get the best deal possible and we were pleased with the price (Now that is saying a lot for my husband who loves to wheel and deal. LOL)! Kevin's genuine friendliness,cheerfulness and knowledge of Ford products resulted in the sale of a 2013 Ford Edge to us because, to be totally honest, we did not go to the dealership with the intention of BUYING a new vehicle that day....we were just going to LOOK. Needless to say we are very pleased with our new Edge and will absolutely recommend to friends and relatives to ask for Kevin Flowers on their next visit to Larry Hill Ford. More

Came in for oil change and multi-point inspection. Told them my mustang had the cold shifting issue and to look at changing or replacing the synthetic transmission fluid. I have a metallic clang during mod them my mustang had the cold shifting issue and to look at changing or replacing the synthetic transmission fluid. I have a metallic clang during moderate acceleration shifts and wasn't sure if it was the exhaust system. (I'm afraid it may be transmission related). Came back to pick up the car later that day and I was told to just let the gearbox heat up in regards to the shifting and could use my stereo while driving in regards to the metallic rattle and bring it back if it persists. There is a service bulletin from Ford on the cold shift problem: TSB 11-3-18 and they didn't change the fluid according to the work order. I dropped it off to get these things addressed while getting the oil change... They were very nice but I can get a oil change anywhere. I wanted the potential warranty things looked at in a serious way. I'm not angry but just disappointed. I realize sounds are hard to identify but all that was needed was to take the car out and drive it and they could hear it for themselves. The clang began not long after I purchased the car. I had it in on this before and nothing was found. Over time it has continued and gotten worse. More
