While returning from a trip to Lexington, our vehicle quit running. Everyone at Larry Hill did everything to get us back on the road home. As our vehicle was not repairable, the sales manager was able to quit running. Everyone at Larry Hill did everything to get us back on the road home. As our vehicle was not repairable, the sales manager was able to do a trade in on another vehicle which is the same type truck as we had because my husband truly loved his Sport-trac. We could not been treated with more respect or concern for our welfare. They stayed late after the dealer was supposed to close to be able to get everything worked out. I wish to especially thank Brian Smith and Rob Folks for everything they did to help relieve our stress and assured us everything would be alright, and it was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
