We visited originally on a Wednesday and were given options. We were able to take a day to think about those options, returned on Friday and bought exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Me and my partner, James had been driving by this dealership for months. Well, yesterday we finally stopped. We were approached by a very friendly salesman named Dean Moses. I am a very picky cust dealership for months. Well, yesterday we finally stopped. We were approached by a very friendly salesman named Dean Moses. I am a very picky customer and James is very detailed, and we ask a lot of questions and expect answers. We require a very patient salesperson, and Dean was just that. He first ask what we were looking for instead of just leading us to vehicles, he was truly concerned about what we, ok mostly "me" wanted and needed. I was a bit confused and overwhelmed at first, but he just kept asking me what do I like what would make me happy and feel good about driving. We looked at several cars, I drove a Nissan Versa, and it was ok. I kept thinking that it's got good MPG, like over 38. I was excited about that but not as excited about the overall vehicle. We went by a Ford Fusion a car I liked, I had driven before and always thought I would like to own one, but it wasn't AS good on gas. So, I went with the Versa, or so I thought. I went home got all necessary information to finish the deal and when I got there I said "Dean, I know we did paper work for the Versa, but I really want to drive that Ford Fusion", without hesitation he immediately went to go get the car and I test drove it and that was it. Dean was extremely patient through this whole process with all of our many questions and attention to details and getting the answers we needed. Shane and Lee were very helpful as well and worked with our needs also. Then we went to the "finance man" - you know that one most of us dread! I have to say Mike Bartlett made the process one of the most pleasureable finance experience we have ever had. He explained everthing to us in detail, he was very patient as James again is very detialed and had a lot more questions once we started "signing and signing and signing". But Mike made sure before we signed that we understood and felt good about what we were signing. He stayed very late to make sure we were happy. He put the process at ease and it felt more like a "friend" helping out a friend. He was awesome. And oh for any of you that know him or seen Mike, doesn't he like a little like "Henry Winkler" - yep he does. Both Mike and Dean and the rest of the staff, provided excellent customer service and I would and will recommend this dealership to others. We also ask our friends about this dealership during our process and it was highly recommened. "Word of Mouth" is still the best advertisement! Loved the experience! And we love our Ford Fusion. On 3/29/2013 My husband and I went to Larry Hill Ford to purchase a F150 pickup. Mr. Bill Hamlett was our salesman after picking out the truck we wanted, Bill, Victor, and Rob worked to get the payments whe purchase a F150 pickup. They listened to what we wanted and worked to make it happen. Marvin helped so much with operating devices on our truck. Our next truck or car will come from Larry Hill Ford and I want Bill Hamlett to be my salesman. I have and will continue to recommend anyone buying a new or used car or truck to see these guys first. I went and viewed cars on the lot on Sunday. Found the vehicle I thought I wanted, but when I went back on Monday to drive and go over possible purchase, the salesman (Wes) listened to my likes/needs and vehicle I thought I wanted, but when I went back on Monday to drive and go over possible purchase, the salesman (Wes) listened to my likes/needs and I ended up purchasing the Ford Focus Titanium. It is an absolutely gorgeous car and I am very pleased with the attention to detail and courteous experience. Would I recommend Larry Hill Ford and Wes Miller? Beyond a shadow of a doubt!
