Trying to use service department Just to skip the problems I had in buying the car and then the all day experience for a 45 minute procedure to add Perma coating to the car here's my Just to skip the problems I had in buying the car and then the all day experience for a 45 minute procedure to add Perma coating to the car here's my story. I supposedly have four or five complementary oil changes coming to me. I have a 90 minute drive and can't get this dealer to work with me on an appointment. In fact, I tried to contact them for an entire week and no one (service or sales) would bother to call me back. NOTHING has been smooth at this dealership. With this attitude, I don't know if I want to use the service department or not. I certainly don't think I will ever drive back down there to buy a car. More

The new management staff has let many of the sales staff (Mike Fulkerson and Cole Barker) go for no reason. I have purchased half million dollars in vehicles from this place and will never step foot in the door again. My vehicle has been in their shop for 5 weeks and has still yet to be fixed. No one in the management staff (Mr Triplett and Mr Kesler) are willing to take a phone call from me to address the issues that I have had. If you ever need Ford service or sales please take your business elsewhere. More
