I went in to Larry Hill Ford with some credit issues and a real need for a newer vehicle. I had no idea what to expect, but had been told by others who had dealt with Larry Hill Ford in the past that their a real need for a newer vehicle. Andrew came out to greet me the moment I set foot on the lot. He asked a lot of questions about what I needed and wanted in a car. I told him I was looking for another Ford (the 3 i have owned previously have all given me in excess of 300,000 miles of service) and that I wanted a focus as I have been hearing great things about the gas mileage. We went out and test drove a 2012 focus (I really didn't expect to be able to afford one that new) and I loved it. We sat down and began discussing finance (I had had some health issues that had caused some credit problems for me) and between Andrew Hambright and the Larry Hill finance guys I drove the car I wanted but didn't think I could have off the lot that night. It was an enjoyable experience and the people at Larry Hill really made me feel like I was an appreciated and valued customer, not just another face in off the street. Mr. Moses worked literally ALL DAY to get me into a fuel efficient car that I could afford. He was very personable, courteous and friendly. He and the staff at Larry Hill worked hard to put me into a very nice car that could absorb the negative equity of my trade-in, and also serve the transportation needs of myself and my family. The gentleman named Shane worked along with Mr. Moses diligently to find the 2011 Ford Fusion that I purchased within the payment range I needed. Two thumbs... WAY UP! My college student daughter's truck died on I-75 last night. The tow truck collected her truck and was en-route to Easy Auto (as I thought that dealer was the best I could do with my credit rating), and night. The tow truck collected her truck and was en-route to Easy Auto (as I thought that dealer was the best I could do with my credit rating), and at the time (6:15pm) Easy Auto was already closed, so this was turning into an overnight ordeal... when I remembered the Larry Hill Ford commercials ("We hope to see you soon!") that I hear every morning, on my way to work, on US 101. I was happy to find that Larry Hill was open till 8 pm and Daniel (who answered the phone saying what a great day he was having:-)) even told me that I would likely qualify to buy a car at Larry Hill (when I expressed my concerns about my credit). He was super friendly and my daughter and I were looking forward to meeting him. We arrived at Larry Hill ahead of the tow truck. Although Daniel had clearly told me where to turn and where his office was, I was somewhat distraught and distracted. We pulled up to the first building and I sent my daughter in to see if Daniel's office was in there. She came out with a "new" guy Wes, who was also very friendly and helpful. (Daniel had to stay and answer phones :-)) He helped us flag down the tow truck and deposit my daughter's dead truck in the back. Wes had already communicated with Daniel and knew most of our "story." While I tied up loose ends with the tow truck driver, Wes spoke with, and most importantly, listened to, my daughter. He steered us towards a few trucks, and while she briefly "browsed", Wes asked me what our price range was. I explained my concerns and told him what I could pay, put down and what I wanted my monthly payments to be. He was able to help us by narrowing our search to only about 4 or 5 vehicles. Remember, time was passing, it was getting late, grandma was expecting us home, and I wake up for work at 5 am! So narrowing the search really helped to expedite things. After looking into/at three vehicles and just one test drive, we settled on two truck options. Wes told us that payments would depend on the number of months and the amount down and the options for each truck might be different, so we would go do paperwork and see what could be arranged. He gathered all of the info and took it to "the other office" and came back with a "deal." Honestly I was happy to qualify for any deal, but being "older" and "experienced" I thought that I should "squabble." And I was just about to squabble... I didn't even know what I was going to ask for, when the "other guy" (boss?) came in and said he got an even better rate (less than 10%!) and that would lower the payments to such and thus. Well, gee, I really couldn't think of anything to argue with... they had worked out our first choice truck, gone with our desired down payment, given me a better rate of interest than I expected and finally, gave us some trade-in for the dead truck that we had towed in... all the while being respectful of my credit concerns. Of course, we said yes (I should have held out for a mug or t-shirt :-)!) and Wes got down to doing the paperwork. He knew exactly what he was doing, and that part went quickly. The (cute!) family from the other office got into see Lee before us, so we had to wait a bit for the final paperwork. We were able to remove my daughter's things from her dead truck and use the ladies' room. After that our wait was minimal, and I was really enjoying the music selection that was playing! Lee was efficient and helpful (we chose to get the service plan and the "extended warranty") all the while keeping that important bottom line (monthly payment) where we wanted it. Everything went pretty quickly, but it was still late (about 9:30 pm) when we left. Wes had waited to see us out... Lee also walked us out... and my daughter drove her new truck home! Our lives are back to "normal"... even better, because my daughter has a new truck! Larry Hill Ford (and associates) are taking care of transferring the title, the tags, the taxes... I drove to work this morning in my vehicle; my daughter was able to go about her business in her new vehicle. We don't have to worry about repairing the dead vehicle. It all stared when my car broke down on the side of the road , i decided right then i was going to get a new car. i never bought a new car before so i didnt know were to start, but a few people told me to road , i decided right then i was going to get a new car. i never bought a new car before so i didnt know were to start, but a few people told me to go to larry hill . that week i went down there looking for something that got good mpg and luke evens really help me. he was really friendly but not push like a lot of sales people are . he told me that i would really like the ford focus so i gave it a chance and it all stared from there.he let me test drive it and it felt like it was exactly what i was looking for in car . they also made it easy for me to understand everthing that i needed to do in paper work . majdi awad helped me alot all so he told me all the numer with out any hiden fees and told me straight what the price was and told me exactly what my mayment was . thank you larry hill More
