Eric and Patrick from the moment we met them made us feel welcome. They were interested in us a people and weren't just trying to make a sale. We knew it would take time and they never acted like we were keeping them from something more important even though we knew they could leave when they finished with us. I've been pretty skeptical of car salesmen from past experiences. Eric and Patrick work great as a team and made our experience very satisfying. All the staff were very cordial and friendly. We thought that it never hurts to try and went with the expectation that we would be denied like before. The entire staff was very courteous and helpful. They treated us like people who just had some misfortune happen. They not only looked at our credit score, but our credit history which showed that we were hit hard like so many others in this day and time. They didn't make any promises other than that they would do their best to get us in a better vehicle. They did just that! Even with our limitations from the bank, they still got us in exactly what we were looking for. I applied online to get finance pre-approved. I am a first time buyer so i was very nervous about buying any car from a dealership. Chris set me up with Bill Hamlet and he was very nice and a great sales man to work with. I told him what I was looking for and he only showed me the cars within my price range which was great. He asked me about the Ford Focus and I was unsure about it. We went and looked at the car and I fell in love with the white 2012 Ford Focus Hatchback, I was waiting to drive it when the key could not be found. Bill worked very hard to find the key but they could not find it and encouraged my to drive the Sedan. I did not personally like the car and became frustrated. Bill asked me about the one that I purchased. I drove it and loved it so we started the paper work, I became over whelmed being a first time car buyer. Bill was very helpful in explaining the features and benefits of the car and how good it would be for me. I bought the car and I am very happy that he and Kevin De Senna took the time to work with me even though it was very late. I would recommend anyone to Larry Hill Ford. I had been looking to buy a 2013 ford fusion, so got my father to go car shopping with me. We had planned to go to Chattanooga but before we got out of Cleveland he wanted to go by Larry hill first. I ended up getting the car I wanted there. My father is very hard to impress and after we left the dealership he was talking about how nice and friendly our salesman was.
