My husband and I had been shopping for a little over a year for a car that would meet our particular needs and the budget we had set for ourselves. We had been to just about all the dealerships in our sur year for a car that would meet our particular needs and the budget we had set for ourselves. We had been to just about all the dealerships in our surrounding area and had visited Larry Hill's several times, also. We had liked one car on his lot enough to go back for a second look, but we were too late; it sold before we could test drive it! We kept going by to watch what they put on the lot and also what other dealer's had. We really had gotten disgusted at some of the other dealerships, because of the salesmen. One 'seasoned' salesman at another Cleveland dealership actually insinuated that we couldn't afford one car we were looking at when we had enough cash in the glove compartment of our car to have paid cash for his car! So when my husband came home telling me how well he was treated by Nassar at Larry Hill's, I was skeptical because I had seen how most salesmen sort of sized you up. What a surprise! Absolutely every person we met there was so kind ( Yes, kind!), and helpful. But the most surprising thing was how they actually worked TOGETHER (shouting). Nassar answered all our questions about the car we were looking at and the other men there were coming by asking him if he needed anything or if they could help. We have never seen people at a dealership work together like that. Yes, of course we bought the car! then Majdi made the filling out of the paper work so easy and quick that we were ready to go before we knew it! So...we got the car we wanted, the deal we wanted, the financing we wanted, and the ease of purchasing we wanted. All that in just a couple of hours on one afternoon. Thanks to all at Larry Hill Ford in Cleveland, Tn. Would we buy from them again? Absolutely! More

This was the first time that my Mother in Law "Pat Taylor" has looked at a new or used car since 2002 and since the passing of her husband. Needless to say, we knew it was going to be hard to look for a new vehicle without Joe. They has bought thier last car a Ford Explorer new from Larr Hill and had been very pleased with the car all these years, but as we all know after 11 years of use and over 200,000 miles it was time to think about something newer with a warranty and better gas mileage as well. Nasser Najjar, a New sales man to the team, met us in the lot and welcomed us to Larry Hill. My mother in law noticed a 2013 Ford Escape in the lot right off with less than 3k miles on it. I told her from the beggining that if anything didnt feel right at any point it was a no sale. Nasser walked us trough the vehicle and showed us as many features as he could remember, some i would have never guessed, such as the new style gas cap that never requires opening to the reinforced door panels styled after safety features in Nascar. We took the ar for a spin and drove the car in a Church parking lot and then back to the Dealer. After returning we looked at a couple of other cars, but that 2013 Escape was even in my mind, but this was Pat's decision not mine. Nasser Najjar worked on the credit and pulled some numbers. After alot of consideration and negotiations the team at Larry Hill came up with a monthly payment, that was in Pats head to begin with, and was very fair as to the asking price of the car. Needless to say She traded in her 2002 and signed papers!!! Nasser Najjar shared his ability that day, and his compassion I feel directly from God.
