This was my first experience with Larry Hill Ford and I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and thoroughness of the staff. If you are a woman, then you know ho intimidating purchasing a car can be. Well, at Larry Hill Ford, it wasn't! I first applied to be pre-approved online at larryhillford.com. I was then contacted by Daniel Gourley who helped me pick the models that would best fit my lifestyle and income. We made arrangements to meet the very next morning. I did inform Daniel that i did need a car today. I needed transportation in order to volunteer at my daughter's school on Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, Daniel was unable to be there today but he assured me Tony would take care of me. Upon arrival, Tony introduced e to Wess Miller. Wess showed me some great vehicles. Unfortunately, i would haveneeded co-signer for the one i initially picked. But, Wess and the LArry Hill staff found a car the bank would finance in my name! After an hour or so of getting the deal wrote up Matt was friendly enough to offer a referral bonus to me for referring my friend for 100 dollars. This gesture was very unexpected and i was grateful. I came to help my friend get a car, and i received the best customer service, advice, and generosity out of any sales person i have ever dealt with. In from Illinois to visit my daughter, I saw my next car at Larry Hill. I contacted Tony Walker, who was so very nice to me. I then was introduced to Bill Hamlett, my salesperson. The staff there are very professiona,l warm, and friendly. Brian Smith was truly amazing! He eased all of my worries and made buying a car fun and exciting. He was extremely knowledgable of all the cars on the lot and was able to patiently answer all of my many questions. He really went above and beyond, helping me to search for the perfect car that fit my style and budget. Once we found the perfect car, Brian stayed with me making sure the deal went through quickly and smoothly. I drove off the lot smiling proudly. The over all experience we had was great, they were not pushing, and they held up to what they said they would do. We bought an 04 Honda Civic. It had a cracked windshield David said he will have it repl pushing, and they held up to what they said they would do. We bought an 04 Honda Civic. He was not happy with this and called the window people back out to put in a another one. Overall This was the best car buying experience i ever had. When i get ready to buy again i will defently go back. More
