First off, I would like to thank Mike, Mike and David in having so much patience with our daughters and keeping them entertained. You can really tell the have kids of their own. We called to make arrangements to come and see the car, since we live in Knoxville; Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly faces and smiles. David Babbitt took me out for a test and we hit it off, both of us with military backgrounds. He then took my wife for her test drive, he was always up front about pricing and what kind of realistic deal he could get us. There was no hidden pricing, no trick fees, none of the shananagans you might find else where. Once we got the deal done, it was off to see Mike Bartlett. I stopped by just to see what was on the lot not really looking to buy that day. I was expected to either be ignored by the sales associates or bombarded by them. Then this very nice lady (Kara Buckner) looking to buy that day. I was expected to either be ignored by the sales associates or bombarded by them. Then this very nice lady (Kara Buckner) came out with a key for the car that I was interested in. She didn't pressure me at all, which was such a relief! I came back later that day with my family to make a purchase. She even gave me her PERSONAL cell phone number. I called and told her I was on my way and she drove the car off of the lot so no one could look at it but me. I was there for about 4 hours and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases! I was surrounded by several employees (in a good way) and none of them pressured me at all and tried to get me the best deal they could. More

I visited Larry Hill Ford because of their radio ads claiming to sell at invoice. They priced their vehicle at invoice as advertised but offered me less than half the value of my trade. I used KBB, Edmu claiming to sell at invoice. They priced their vehicle at invoice as advertised but offered me less than half the value of my trade. I used KBB, Edmunds, and NADA to value my vehicle and based on this research my trade was valued between $10k and $12.4k and I was offered $5k for my trade. I do not plan to return to this dealer.
