On my first visit I dealt with Ernie. He was very patient and answered my many questions; even though my wife was not present on this visit and the car was for her. On my second visit my wife was with me, bu and answered my many questions; even though my wife was not present on this visit and the car was for her. On my second visit my wife was with me, but Ernie was activily assisting another customer. He asked Randy to help us until he was freed up; which he wasn't before we left. Randy was also patient with us. You would have thought he was making the commission by the treatment he gave us (I actually do not know how that worked out). It wasn't until they had received another shipment that we purchased a vehicle. Between my wife and I we made at least 5 visits to the lot, and each time Randy and Ernie both treated us with patience and kindness; doing their best to get my wife the car she wanted at a fair price. I was extremely stressed about looking for a vehicle after mine was totaled in an accident. I started talking to Chris Yancey via the Internet about what type of money I had; what I was looking for and after mine was totaled in an accident. I started talking to Chris Yancey via the Internet about what type of money I had; what I was looking for and what other dealerships were offering. Chris answered all of my questions and concerns and then encouraged me to come to Larry Hill Ford. When I got there Chris was not there but I met Matt Passauer who was very bright, easy going but a very knowledgeable gentlemen who answered all of my questions and never tried to rush me in to get a specific car but was an awesome resource on all the vehicles I wanted to see/test drive. He made my family feel so special. I had some reservations but when I applied Chris told me they were working to get me in the vehicle I wanted. When I got the call to come get the vehicle, I was so excited and upon arriving at the dealership I met Chris and Matt who were smiling just as much as I was which made us feel like that really cared about us. Matt made paperwork extremely smooth and then took us to see Mike Bartlett. Mike Barlett was very skilled, very friendly and worked a deal for me that was unbelievable. This phase of my transition was very quick and he also included some wonderful maintenance deals that would benefit us over a period of years to keep the vehicle in good condition. I felt so blessed to have encountered all of these sales representatives and would recommend this dealership highly to anyone. In a situation that could have been so stressful; these gentlemen made it the best deal ever. Wow. What a blessing to have encountered these men and when I’m ready to purchase another vehicle I will be headed to Larry Hill Ford! More

Buying a car is never fun. But today it way easy, fun, and stress free all because of the guys that helped me. I throughly enjoyed getting to talk to Brian. Financing can be so stressful, but he made it fun! It takes a special person to make financing fun! He, too, knows his stuff. Now if he'd just make my car payments! This is the second car i've bought but my first visit to Larry Hill. I will be back. I don't think i would buy another car from anyone else. Thank you so much! More
I really enjoyed Eric's no pressure attitude. He did not attack me on the lot like is so common at other dealerships. They are normally very high pressure unsavory type people. Rob seemed like an average guy and took the time to speak to me like a person. My buying experience was excellent from the moment I stepped onto the property until the moment I left. This was my first ever Ford purchase and so far it has been very positive. More
